Fear is always the cause of the screaming I remember when I got mine from someone at Victoria island, I took keke along the way home everyone passing by hears the scream and it scared a hell out of them.
It never stopped until it go use to its new environment.
As of the talking as stated on keeping a radio close its cage is good and you could always put it where people sits to chat or discuss.
Mine started talking with the first word "Aku" which is what my kids mostly say to it.

Apple
Rice
Nuts ( different types)
Just anything I find around though it prefers the groundnuts than any other given food.
Still looking for other home made recipe for it.

Lol....yep. Mine climbs d cage to d top as soon as I open it. sometimes he wont even come down till he's ready to go back inside.

Sugar water is not good for them...Pls check Google to know the kind of food not to feed it....and again that ur cage is too small for parrot...
They need a cage where they can play around in.

And I agree with the person that said the cage is too small. African grey grows bigger than this so u should get a bigger cage.

I thought he was trying to go out....... That's what i use for giving him water.

He screams when i wan to bring him out.

Stop trying to use ur hands to bring him out. He might bite u one day. Just leave his cage open and scatter some of his food there on d ground and just ignore him. If u balance there dey look am him sef go balance for him cage dey look u.
