In addition to what the honourable minister said, no positive change comes easy.
It takes a little while to destroy buy takes a longer while to build something worthwhile

Impunity has eaten deep into our system which made everyone to be the Lord of disorderliness where ever they find themselves.
But now, accountability has taken over and transparency has been introduced into the system.
