A lot. At list you will get to know the true kind of government we have now. If they are the type that hear the cry of the people or not so people can decide coming 2019

Is that all?

One thing you must know, solving Nigeria's problem is such a herculean task.

The government is overwhelmed.

The efficient way to tackle our problems is one day at a time.

You really didn't get my question..
For instance, Mtn sent you a msg that you've been given free MB, won't you use it?
In summary, If Akpabia gave 2baba wedding gifts, why should he reject it? When we all know that gifts are part of wishing people well during wedding ceremonies.

This is Tuface, receiving gifts from those who destroyed the economy. He shared the loots of the country with these men. Today, he wants to lead a process against the carnage he worked with. This is far from MTN giving you free data. This is a respected Individual standing with the Corrupt.

Am not going to counter u, but let's watch and see if the protest will have any significant. But trust me, it won't.

A protest alone is it's own reward.

My stand is just protesting organised either by TuFace or Olamide is better than just looking. "It better to die for something than to die for nothing"

Despite all this

- are we still in a recession?

- does this mean your idea did not work or what?

- sincerely withing yourself do you see them going by your ideas let's be truthful to ourselves? I haven't read it and I admire your passion but do you think they do?

Have you seen your VP at davos 2017? he was still looking for how to blame previous administrations meanwhile he's supposed to be the smarter of the 2 of them. You should have seen how the lady interviewing fashied his side when it was obvious he had nothing to offer. Maybe he was thinking it was Maupe Ogun that was interviewing him or something, Bomboclat.

- why did I just buy baygon at 1450naira and still hear them mention 21k for a bag of rice at oyingbo market.

That Nigeria has competent people to get us out of this nonsense has never been the issue...the fact that you're expecting to squeeze honey out of a stone is my concern.

APC had and has no plan for this country. All they wanted was to remove GEJ and with absolutely no idea of how to handle things. The truth has been made manifest.

I'm not willing to continue my life be determined by a brood of incompetents if that's OK for you that's fine. As for me and my house we will stand with 2baba.

You have not told us how the protest will reverse the problems.

People like you will either cheer or lose your voices when militants blow-up pipelines but you want a good life in a current monoproduct economy.

Like I stated earlier, I wish you guys good luck.

As for me, I am not joining you guys at all. I don't have all that energy to waste.

I will be protesting just like I have been doing all along in my own little way and that is by pointing out to all Nigerians who care to listen how we are still creating the monster that is haunting us.

Every single Nigerian is a part of this problem. Including you and me, I won't deny the fact that I'm part of this problem. But I'm tired of the way this country is going.

Just 4 years ago, we had the fastest growing economy in Africa. Now investors are running away from us!

And again, I'll ask you, what's so wrong in people using this movement to create a political party? Have you forgotten that the OccupyNaija and BBOG campaign gave room to APC. Or is APC scared of an opposition like they were to PDP? if this protest is going to berth in a good thing for all nigerians home and abroad, I'll support it.

Most of the people in APC were once under PDP, including the Senate President. They are part of the rot the nation is experiencing today.

If this administration wakes up and start doing things like they should, I'll start supporting them again. instead of blaming GEJ. GEJ IS GONE!! LET'S MOVE FORWARD.

When Obama came into power in 2008, USA was in recession, unemployment rate was in the double digits. He didn't blame the Bush administration, instead he got his to ground and started working. By the end of his first tenure he had reduced unemployment rate to 7% from 12%. THIS IS WHAT LEADERS DO!

Buhari should be a leader and not a ruler. I had so much faith in him, but every day that faith keeps dwindling.

While I've said all these, let it be know that even though that 2015 election holds today, i still wouldn't vote GEJ. Nigeria can do better than the current state it's in.

PLS TELL ME WHEN IT SUDDENLY BECAME A BAD THING TO DEMAND BETTER FROM THE GOVERNMENT YOU SUPPORTED AND VOTED IN? WHEN?

We did not have any growing economy, let alone, the fastest. Crude was sold at exorbitant prices and we sold at exorbitant quantities finish. We were producing nada, importing starch (cassava) and Toothpicks (Chewing Stick).

When you can come up with a masterplan, with strategies to move this country forward, then you can challenge our leaders.

Please, Obama blamed George Bush Jr repeatedly. Get that right. What separates Obama from lots of youths today was even as a student, he was making strides to make America better.

Dissecting a man's actions and position is not attacking him. 2Face is presenting many faces that are not in congruence with his claimed agenda for protests.

People like me have more to protest about Nigeria then he does. However, heating-up the system with a false messianic sense of relevance is not the solution to our problems.

What next after the protests?
gerrarahia mehn, there is always a sacrifice to pay before things be better. Instead of you to address the issues and proffer a semi-solution to what led to the planned protest, you are giving us your confused reasons not to follow 2baba to the front of protest, mind you Nigerians are now wiser, because it's no longer about the messenger but its about the message. I repeat gerrarahia undecided undecided
Re: 10 Things To Note Before You Protest With 2face Idibia by Jones4190(m): 8:16pm On Feb 03, 2017
A situation where you're trying to protest against bad
governance and a governor like Ayo Fayose, a man who was
caught on tape plotting to rig the Ekiti State election and
subvert the will of the people, is putting his hands up to
protest with you, then there is a misunderstanding
somewhere. No other crime is bigger than electoral fraud in
a democracy, and a perpetrator of such crime should not
and cannot claim to have the moral authority to protest
against anyone else? But if Fayose could not even
understand that the protest was also against him, then it
means that the organisers did not properly articulate their
message, targeting it at everyone and nobody. So Fayose
and other governors or big men sponsoring and supporting
the protest have already compromised the protest, leaving
the impression that it is sponsored by those trying to fight
the government of the day. It is now seen as a protest that is
designed to make noise and cause disruption in the system,
and that is why no well-meaning citizen who is making use
of his senses would want to join in.

Even if you start today till thy kingdom come to explain it to them, they have already chosen not to understand.

What Nigeria is passing thru today has already been painted by chukwuma soludo in his memorable letters to Ngozi okonjo iweala

You run a mono based economy. Oil sales suffered a downturn in prices all over the world. You have nothing to fall back to because your treasury has been bastardly looted.

Now buhari comes along. Promises to solve your problems. Gets overwhelmed in the process because the problems were even more than he envisaged.

You guys protesting is like trying to find solution where there is none.

We need time to fix Nigeria's economy.

If y'all can't be patient enough, then what else can I say other than enjoy your frustrations guys.

That number 6 sounds so funny, so is the OP telling everyone to remain quiet and not protest?
If we continue this way, we will suffer in quiet ways that will make the next generation curse us with sadness in grave. Leave 2face out of it, it is a protest against the inhumane state Nigerians are experiencing.
I just hope to see you in front line during the protest.

The Op is mistaken. His perspective is so wrong. The question is are people suffering? Has the government lived up to its promises? How was it with the generality of Nigerians and how is it now? Do you know about the personal lives of Fidel Castro, Sukarno of Indonesia? Is this protest about Tuface? Okay, remove Tuface from the picture. What do you see? If the Op had tackled the idea of protesting without bringing Tuface into it then he'd make sense. Op is trying to condemn another man. Nigerians wey I know? We should think of how to fix Nigeria's problems and not carry Placard. If the current government lack ideas to solve our problems, will the Placard put the ideas in their heads.

We need to think of solutions and how to propagate them to the government to act on them. Not carrying Placards and shouting.
