What do you expect them to tell you, Do you think they get all their budget from the government to run the embassy just like our government are doing ?

I dont want to type and talk much, can you apply for the CC since you attended the orientation or asked people around you to apply for CC and lets see the out.

No one ever say they dont grant visa to CC applicants but the chances are very slim and like i always say here that its 0.0000000001%

A lot more than 0.0000000001% of community college student visa applicants are approved.

The problem that most have, like any other student, is that they cannot explain why they chose that particular school, or that program. Most also already have an equivalent degree in Nigeria (HND).

You get a new one each time you apply but you can notarize and send the photocopy maybe the school will accept it

But those who requested for scan copy, you dont need to get a new one just send them a scan copy of the one you got
Thanks.

Good afternoon everyone, I go admitted to university AAA and I used their admission letter and i20 to apply for visa which was granted but I later got admitted to university XYZ in another state and I will like to switch to university XYZ. How do I go about this? Is there any effect or disadvantage in switching schools. Thanks
Make sure you initiate the transfer when you're in US. Go to your XYZ school and tell them to initiate the transfer, but before you do this, inform the AAA school that you would like to transfer to XYZ giving them reasons for such sudden change.

Note that some schools would require you to register for a semester with them before you can transfer.

Good afternoon everyone, I need your opinions on this issue. I studied Building in the University of Lagos and I'm working towards doing my masters soon in Construction engineering and management which happens to be a specialization in the department of civil engineering. I was opportune to take a wide variety of civil courses during my undergrad including structural analysis, structural design, mechanics of materials, soil mechanics, foundation engineering and fluid mechanics which I had Bs save for fluid mechanics. I want your advice on if I'll be considered for the course despite the fact that my bachelors degree is in Building and not Civil engineering. I'll be so glad if I can get your opinions, it will mean a lot.

You do not state which course or university you are interested in
which is slightly confusing.

Anyway you are best asking the school to get facts, people here can only guess.

Check out this two schools. Email the grad coordinators and they would give you the right info you need. Tennessee State University and Middle Tennessee State University. I am sure with that, you can go for a Masters in Construction Management. My ex roommate also studied building tech and he got admits for MS Civil Eng.

Make sure you study well for your GRE exam.

You can take your time studying for the exam. But at the moment you can email the school and get familiar with the graduate coordinators and also check for more schools using www.msinus.com or www.gradschool.com

how do you move from a place where you had to provide for the basic necessities of life without the system/government making policies to lighter those burden to this "heaven" we "temporarily" inhabit, I don't care if you come from the super rich neighbourhoods of Lekki or the brown roofs of Ibadan, it's an opportunity to become whatever you want to be. all this cat and mouse wouldn't help either one of Us.

FACT: less than 10% of students coming to the US use this avenue. ( my research grin )

The message below are very important message to those of us who want this 50% discount promo offer and payment will be done as soon as possible after I forward the details to them but I want to clarify this before sending details to them tonight.

1. Exchange rate value is #460 to $1 as at today from the proposed amount gotten from African home exchanger in the US.

2. If you know that you can't meet up with your 50% payment, kindly wait for the next offer.

3. You just have to confirm that you have the money ready at hand and once you confirm the test registration then you need to send your 50% immediately not in 3 days, not at the end of the month.

4. I beg of you all, if you don't have the 50% kindly please be sincere with me because I don't know how to disturb or call people when it comes to money or situation like this

Also I noticed that those who sent me their Ets account login details are invalid, I assumed that there didn't type Capital letter to where necessary in the password or they haven't sign up for it at all and please rectify that because I will still send email to those who are in that situation.

To all those who sent me pm I have replied you all but yet I am still getting fresh pm request message in my email. Kindly check your junk or spam box for my reply and move it to your inbox and do the needful thing

Still on the offer matter and thanks to those who gave an advise as well and it was welcome but the truth is that these people prefer to register it direct from ETS website to avoid using third party.

I got many details but its more than 10 slots and the decision was that 5 slots for GRE and 5 slots TOEFL for now and no slot for SAT, hoping thaty next promo offer there will be room for that.for

The final rules are listed below;

1, Not everyone will be picked and if you are not picked please don't offended because the $$$ amount is for 10 slots but kindly wait for next edition

2, The test registration will be done tonight by God's grace.

3, If you know that you have your 50% fund ready with you now and you will make the payment as soon as your test order was confirmed by your from your email and ETS website kindly send me an email.

4, If you are sending email be ready to also show me prove that the 50% is ready because i don't know how to disturb people to redeem their 50% please because i don't want these people to start pressurizing me.

5, Please be sincere because no prove of your 50% then no sending of your details for them to register you because i don't want to argue when it comes to money.

6, If this rules is too hard for you to comply, Am sorry because i need to be careful on this as well.

7, God will help us and wishing you all the best..

Yea, yeah. It's a good sch, top 100 in the US. However, quite expensive with little financial aid.

Do you have an idea what the fee is like for the masters program...my calculation is like 37 000 usd ( 900 per hour credit) excluding feeding and accomodation for like 33 -36 hrs

They are asking for bank statetement of account to complete my documents
