I don't know about others but i'm a fan of calls, as for gifts, it should be when he feels like and not feel coerced to, have never exchanged gifts on vals days but i do celebrate my spouse on their birthdays which i hold dear.

We celebrate love whenever we could...a simple call will be ok, it should be his choice to send a gift or not.

Lol, No need to be pained. I'm someone who read btw the lines all the time. And It has nothing to do with being clever, just in case you think i'm bragging lol. I mean, you don't have to be a small boy to please a girl either by hook or crook. People have been doing that long before i was born.

So no need trying to play a good NON-materialistic girl. Every girl likes material things to be given to her on Vals day. Nothing childish about it. Na normal thingy abeg !

If i have money, i will spoil my bae on vals day. If i don't have money. I will just call her & reassure her that it won't always be like this. Simple.

I am not someone who ask people for favours, i find it difficult asking, i don't like doing what everyone is doing, i give gifts and collects on other important days not val...so far my ex fiancé was one person who understood me perfectly well that: if i'm not asking he's giving...i never said "I don't collect gifts" i said "i prefer a heart to heart talk" on val day cos i love sincerity not necessarily a gift.

So what if he doesn't have money on that day?, i should kill him?...abeg!, no dey make person vex.
