My summit in the US is planned for April 3 to 6. The summit is taking place in the hotel I am told to book by the summit organisers but f**kin expensive yet I booked. I want to spend another two weeks remaining on my vacation still in the same state where the summit is going to be held. I have booked another very cheap hotel to cater for the two weeks. Hope my plans are in order...?

Still cool IMO.... Maybe, just try and do less time in all if the primary reason for your proposed US visit is to attend the summit. Just me saying though!

My Passport is still with the US Embassy.

The form is 221g white colour.

I think the more important thing... what does the paper SAY. We put all of those words on there to help you understand, and I strongly recommend that you read the paper instead of just looking at what color it is.

You don't have to book the same hotel for your conference, the most important thing is attending the conference and spending the remaining 2 weeks as part of your vacation.. If you can convince the V.O great for you...

I already got the Visa just incase at the POE.

If he have been applying with his family and decided to back out,its a red flag.Since they have good travel history i advice they apply as family.I have been there before so talking from experience.

And if he can't afford it? what if he's going for conference? even if it's vacation and the kids are in school who will look after them? All you need is explain why you're traveling alone.

What are the perceived ties going for your family, and for you too? Elucidate carrying us into these.

I have travelled with my family to the UK 3trice and dubai twice in the space of 5years. Always a short stay and for family vacation . But our last application in 2015 to the US embassy resulted 2 a denial and I feel if my family apply without me , may be me staying back will be a tie for them . We are both working , monthly payments is good. Bank account is ok . Property in good area in lagos and home town. Thank you.

Just wondering why your profile isn't flying yet. Anything else we need to know that may be working for/against you? Looks good on paper but never can say you know.... Where have you been to after this 2015 denial? Number and ages of children, wife and you; at what time of the year did you propose then to travel? Where the kids on holiday? What's your combined income that you term good pay, how legit is your place of work and your description of it, where were you guys headed and its cost to you both too? Any family in the US? Where you visiting somebody, if yes what's this person's profile like? What was your reason for visiting? Did you go about this application yourself or an agent was involved? Hope no fake stamp on your passport too? Etc.... The questions are much and inexhaustible. In fact what was your interview transcript like? Take us into it. The wahala may just be in such a simple place as filling the DS160 form!

It will be better he reapply with his family just like the 2 previous refusal before traveling to the UK.i think the UK travel history is a plus.

Please do not try any tricks or agents to get a visa.
You should only tell the truth in any application they are very good at spotting falsehood.

Sorry to say but your chances look rather poor for getting a visa.
The first big question to ask yourself is
"can you afford to loose / waste the money in application fees?"
If funds are not a problem then apply and see what they say.

Nobody can tell you your chances. That's why the thread is here... For you to read the transcripts and self evaluate based on your statistics.

What can you do to increase your chances? Acquire ties. Get a job. Get married. Give birth to quads. Travel around the world...to mention just a few

A B1/B2 visa with these circumstances? Hardly any chance, hardly. Better filed for if I may opine! Pretty much appreciate your straight forwardness....

May things fall in place for you to the extent your qualification for one would be vivid, and you wouldn't even have any reason to stay back as a result of your "too much good ties", amen!

Please, I have this question to ask...
I've known this man who's from America (Mississippi State) and his family for 2 years----through the internet and now they want me to come over to the USA.. I just graduated from Sec school..
He was talking about adoption, but I never considered that because my parents are still alive and I'm past 18... I was sent N100,000 for a Visa Application, but promised to send me a ticket money once I'm done and expect I come to America before June..
So please, don't be offended---- what are the necessary steps I need to take and what type of Visa do you advise me to apply? Can I visit there? Please, my brothers help me out..
I haven't been to the Embassy before nor applied for a visa, I only have an International Passport which I had last year.. So I beg you in the name of God advice me on what and how to go about this.. Thank you!
