I think the op is objective, though haven't been to Akure but with what I am seeing in picture with the kaduna that I know, I think the difference is clear.Infact kastina should be considered before kaduna, Kaduna gat no roads

I am a witness to the transformation of the road networks in uyo. I must say uyo and enugu should be at par. Only difference is uyo has wider roads. No hold up at all time except at traffic light points. So many detours
