Anyway, I think UACN intends to fund its own portion of the rights through cash flow which could mean there might not be any dividend this year. Funds for Portland, UAC-Prop (and livestock?)........ odi kwa serious.

They held the Stock @#4:00 for more than 2months to suck in more gullible investors by the time they were done it drastically lost half of it value.

My brother the analysis tire me. Except one is saying he mismanaged the bank in the time he was there and that FCMB is now on the same keel as Skyebank, I'm not sure what the negativity is about. The only doubt most people would have now is if the new CEO would perform at the same level as Ladi or worse or better. It's that uncertainty that would bring the bears if at all.

FCMB commercial bank is the main entity in FCMB group, whoever was good enough to manage the bank for 10 years is definitely good enough to manage the group going forward. If you're seeing negative sentiment on FCMB stock today, it's doubts about the efficacy of the bank's new CEO, that's all. At any rate, is it not better to wait till the end of trading to be sure it's not the Market Maker doing his juju stuff?

FCMB heading to basement 3 carpark and it will stay there for a long while.

This was exactly what Akinsola Akinfemiwa, former SKYEBANK MD did with his holdings before quitting the big stage,

In the same vein LADI BALOGUN used his market markers pump the shares price and bailed out most of his holdings between N1:30 and N1:40.

Now the gullible investors are left with the empty CAN.

Get which news? What happened? Or what is happening? Is it FBNH that is doing well? I have seen the audited Q3 of FCMB, which of Skye bank's last year result has been seen? Why would anyone casually lump both in the same category?

In as much as nothing is impossible in business and stocks, you guys have not said anything one can hold onto tangibly - irrespective of a bear or not.

He can’t be there for more than 10yrs. Remember Tony, Jim and Aig. So it’s just like leaving the bedroom to the sitting room in the same apartment. Remember Otudeko left FBN as bank and he’s the chairman FBN holdings. Whether he is in the bank as MD/CEO or the Holdings as MD/CEO nothing has changed fundamentally or otherwise.

That is why CBN needs to revise the code of corporate governance banning bank MDs from occupying any position in the bank, subsidiaries and holdco...To further strengthen transparency and save investors from loosing their funds, the apex bank can adopt some of the proviso in the FRC's code of corporate governance...
