Assad shld knw by now that this war will take time to end if he didn't use a diplomatic way to soften things btw him n d rebels...

But fighting both the rebels an ISIS.... Well, na him knw.

On the contrary, Dr. Assad is using diplomacy to reach peaceful settlements with western backed, ak-47 wielding, head chopping moderates. Over 700 agreements have been inked so far. The rodents are realising the futility of taking on Syrian Arab Army, Hezzbollah, Iranian revolutionary Guard and the might of the Russian Federation.
The OP is simply echoing western backed propaganda. Why are we not seeing pics Syrian Soldiers and victims of western sponsored terrorism? Also, readers won't understand that majority of the population, sunnis, christians, druiz, alawites and kurds prefer Dr Assad as their leader!

What most people dont know about the Syria war is USA is the sole contributor of the issue..

Now Syria is deserted ..and millions of her citizens seek refuge in Europe,tell me you think those deserted refugees are happy and psychologically balanced ?HELL NO..

This people have hidden agenda and will plot plan for years to seek their revenge on the contributors.. Dont be surprise on how the number of terrorists increase daily..
