1. APPROACH WITH AN ICE-BREAKER: Most guys still approach with the same methods they used as teenagers. For instance, they walk up to a girl, tell her they like her and expect her to drop her number into his phone.
Here is the hard truth bro, so far she is more than 18, most girls will not type her number in to your phone just because you told her you like her. Not unless you are Olamide or Davido.
So here is the deal, if you don’t use ice-breakers when walking up to a girl, she would either not take you seriously, or she would be rude to you or she would plainly ignore you.

2. FLATTER HER: You might wonder, why do women fall for flattery so easily? Flattery makes them feel warm and gooey inside. When you talk to a girl, it’s easy to get her talking back to you but that is not enough. You need to let her feel comfortable, and yet, let her know you’re interested in her. Mind you, avoid asking too many questions. Don’t go saying yawn inspiring things like ”you look beautiful” “you’re pretty”or something along those lines.
Say something like “You look really cute”. “Is that a new hairstyle?” Cute is a nice word to use because men hardly ever use the word.
By flattering her, you can do 3 things with one line. You can warm her up and make her smile. You can make her realize that you find her pretty. And thirdly, you can let her know that you find her attractive. All of which you need to make her look at you as a dating potential.

3. FLIRT WITH HER: Guys flirts with girls all the time, but sometimes, a girl can think a flirty guy is creepy. So you have to flirt with her using teasing strategy. Teasing basically means to make fun of a girl in a playful way.
Ask her what she does on weekends or after work, ask her about her favorite hangout and restaurant, and just about anything that can be remotely personal. She’d know you’re hitting on her because no one really asks all these questions otherwise.
