Gudday Everyone, here is my gcms notes please make una help me tackle it.

What documents did you submit to show your sponsor's income? Did his income justify the large sum deposits as noted by the VO?

List the documents you submitted. Buh I think the reason for refusal is clear enough.

The large sum were deposited towards the day his soa was printed isn't it ?

How much was the inflow and outflow....what was the balance ?

I like this Vo.. E just make things easy for you to tackle.
The wahala obviously is funds and ties in nig. All the travel stories na just to make the whole thing ambiguous.

1.If sponsor can pay first year tuition, good!
2. Affidavit of sponsorship should be added.
3.Submit a good SOA. If sponsor pays first year tuition, closing balance burden will reduce, na to show upkeep alone.
4. If you have been doing something before now, add evidence to show you have been busy and earning some cash, no matter how small, add your SOA.
5. If sponsor have business/work..Add the employment/business documents.
6. If your family members are in nig, add their doc(birth cert, Id)

The main thing here to do is to try pay your full tuition if it's possible. It will go a long way for you.

Congrats. I don't understand. Getting a supervisor after admission was a criteria or what?

Good day Osemigho, are you expecting to hear from UBC too? What course did you put in for there?

It's almost like the VO is his agent telling him what to do......

Payment of first year tuition will go a long way....especially since sponsor is a 3rd party.

For those who need a comprehensive study material for IELTS, I recommend you try "edx.org" and register for IELTS interactive online class. I can confirm from my peraonal experience that if you avail ursef the course content like l did (though l wasnt vry religious at it, but l still managed to get a 7.5 overall with only my speaking letting me down with a 6.5), then you should have IELTS passed with little help from other materials.
p. s. I wished l were very faithful using the website

Thanks boss, i would work on the website and pls bro can i have your email pls for any other steps needed

Correct! Thatz the spirit bros!

As per not working, hope the gap between when you finished undergrad and now isn't too much otherwise
you may want to use a SOP to write about all you've been doing since and how it has helped you develop more interest in your field that is warranting a higher degree and how you intend to apply the knowledge you will gain from canada in solving emerging problems in your field. Pick one area and dwell on it. Avoid lines like 'i want to develop nigeria'. Nigeria is a big country and alot of people will say same thing. One thing MUST distinguish you. Write on the closest thing an average person can do in your field and with your qualification that is realistic.

If you did some trainings, have membership of any body, add the certificates, conferences letters if you attended any in nig, anything to suggest you haven't been idle. It will strengthen your socio-economic ties in nig.

Good a thing you have a sponsor and he/she want to pay your full tuition for a year, this is a very good move. You don't have to REALLY worry about your income.

As per your family member certs, if you can lay hold of the declaration,IDs, good. Fill their names too in the family information form. Since they won't be directly involved in your study now, any doc to show proof of identity and citizenship will suffice.

Tell sponsor to avoid large sum deposit even if your tuition is paid. It always raise suspicion in a visa officer's mind. Let the cash flow be steady and consistent. No need to try to prove anything to them. They are already trained to know what to look out for.

Take your time bro and make sure your app is rock solid so when they see your re-application like dis, their ancestors will feel dizzy!! Lol.

All the best bro.

@emboldened is what affected the credibility of the balance and inflow in the soa submitted.

Try to add supporting documents to evince the above concern.

Austinpee4 has sufficiently and profoundly tackled all the concerns raised in your gcms notes. Try to align your thought to his. I think he has given you decent and effective recommendations and suggestions

Best wishes !

Bro, you may want to check back with the medium you used to apply for it. By their law, the proceesing time for GCMS/CAIPS is 30-35 working days and in VERY rare cases 40-60days.They also mentioned that it could extend by a week depending on how the print-outs is sent to applicants. So either exercise more patience or check in with the platform you applied with.

Hello Folaroyal.
Pls I sent you a mail concerning my trv refusal. I also attached the refusal letter for you advise.
I was denied because of misrepresentation. They said I did not disclose that USA refused me 2ce and they also said I am a member of an inadmissible class of persons described in Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. As a result you are inadmissible to Canada.
Pls what does this mean?
Can I reapply cos I want to be sure before writing to the school to request for another admission letter.
Thank you.
