Giddyperson: you can buy beans,soak and wash to remove the husk,then dry for days.take to commercial grinders to save the one you have at home. if dried properly and in a large quantity,you can use for up to 1 Yr depending on family size. 2 Likes 1 Share |

General hospital abi government hospital will insist you start when you're 12 weeks gone. Some private hospitals will let you start at anytime but it's mostly from 12 weeks too. I'm an Abuja mama and I used Limi Hospital Mrsfaithfoly: |

Maamaa how are u?have u been able to get to d hospita Pls try to get someone to be with u or Tell someone u will call him or her when u are in labor. Don't be home by your self it's not safe. If it's a church member that will be fine. God is ur strength. I was alone but had my neighbor wakes me up with a knock every morning and night. And calls from some friends to checking up on me. |
