so I tried becoming muscular atleast build up
so I started doing pushups and for just three days and 30 pushups I now suffer from severe muscle pain and pain in my lower abdomen
should I continue??
am I doing it wrong??
is it normal??
should I quit??

grin Increase d pushup to 60 nd c if it wil lve ur lower abdomen 2 ur upper abdomen

lol, you think say 6packs dey easy to come by ,bros forget the pain, it is normal for a newbie , after a few wks your body will adapt.

It's normal. Maintain it (30-35) for the next 5days and the pain will subside
