Cheating is bad and even dangerous these days of STDs!!

However a woman's cheating is more dangerous because of paternity fraud ( which is extremely painful, more painful than what a woman can feel because her man chested). Many men have been known to commit even murder if they suspect their woman cheated AND made them Father a child that isn't theirs! This may explain the apparent 'double standards' applied when women cheat!

The rejection of that supposed double standard and the idea that if he cheats, so can I is what is troubling the marriage institution today. The men are still expected to propose and the offspring still generally bear the man's name. So many guys have settled for baby mamas so they do not have to marry a girl who will cheat on them in revenge! The baby mama arrangement makes it more convenient for them to ask for a DNA test if the lady claims pregnancy for the guy in question!

So I think op has a realistic point, if u are not submissive enough to remain faithful and loving to a guy even when he cheats, make your own money and stay out of marriage!! The inequities are naturally fixed!

That being said, it is observable that at least some of our mothers who accepted the inequities and stooped to conquer eventually derived the benefit of the awesome power a woman can get when her husband trusts and respects her more than he trusts himself!!
