things she presented as fact can only be verified if the accused person co operate and allowed himself to be investigated to prove he has nothing to hide.

E.g she said the pastor took her to napoli, she has passport that says she has been to napoli true true, now we need to see the apostle's passport to know if he travelled to napoli and the departure date tallied or not.
If the apostle refused to release is passport, there is nothing anyone can do to it.

Same as phone conversation which will take forever to acquire.
