bishopkay:
1. Ihovbor power plant Benin
2. Sapele power plant
3. Gbarian power station yenegoa.

Most of them are completed or 90% completed already because my Dad was part of the Recruiting team last two years and last year. BTW, there's another one at Omoku Rivers state.
Sapele has always been there so please remove that. Try and visit Yenagoa, you would weep and weep and weep, apart from citing a federal university in his village, GEJ was a failure to all the peoples of Niger Delta during his tenure as President, Vice President, Governor and Deputy.

There's the Sapele power station, and there's the NIPP at Sapele sir. You can confirm. And the sapele NIPP is working well.

Also I stand by my earlier statement; Jonathan was president of Nigeria, not president of the Niger Delta

None of these are working.. funded on paper. they are all incomplete, partial operation.

point of correction many on your list were started built bu OBJ administration.
My dear, ObJ only conceptualized with just little Engineering works but no real work was done. The real construction started in Feb 2009 when Jonathan was the chairman NIPP steering committee (as the VP) and billions of dollars released from the Excess Crude Account.
Omotosho, Sapele, Geregu, Olorunsogo, Calabar and Alaoji phase 1 were completed and commissioned by Jonathan and currently adding megawatts to the grid. Till tomorrow, your useless Apc have never doubted it.

You are just dumb, despite trying to sound intelligent. Sapele has an NIPP which was(if my memory serves me right) the first NIPP to be 80% complete by April 2011.

I should visit Yenegoa? So what exactly is wonderful currently about Daura? Is the recession milder in the north west?? Otokx I respect your opinions here on nairaland don't make me lose it.

All these NIPP projects you guys are calling has not taking our megawatts anywhere, its on record the power protests in Sapele and other places. The next thing you will reply is that the stations are ready but no supply of Gas.

GEJ failed the south south by not bringing heavy federal projects that are completed. See Kaduna Airport right now and check out what is was 6 - 7 weeks ago then go to Port Harcourt International Airport. We have to tell ourselves the truth, apart from the university at Otuoke there is nothing else the south south has to show.

Kaduna now has good road access to Abuja, good rail access and Airport just like that.

Kudos to Amaechi for trying to ressurect the Port Harcourt Airport project which GEJ abandonded and Wike for currently reconstructing a dualized access road to the airport linking the east west road.

While some people are hating APC others are using the wealth of the Niger Delta to develop their own places.

Those same people developing their areas will still be selling us the APC/PDP dichotomy to generate hatred amongst brethren.

You can make your point without throwing insults, facts are there and verifiable, as Fela said when its GEJ turn he will be president of Nigeria doing projects in other places but when its PMB he is president of Nigeria doing projects in Kaduna/Katsina axis. Even acting president did not visit anywhere other airport but that in Lagos.

If charity cannot begin at home then its not charity.

All of them have source of their gas tied in, waiting for the saintly, competent government of change to do the needful. Wonder why you are not outraged that they just can't, clear two years after. Abuja to Kaduna rail project was conceptualized before 2007 May; with negotiation for funding and actual construction remaining the only impediment. Jonathan did them didn't he. Jonathan conceptualized the Calabar to Lagos Railway and secured the Chinese EXIM Bank's funding commitment in 2014/2015. What's your Saint Amaechi waiting for? Am sure you pretend you don't care.

Amaechi should go ahead and belatedly complete the PHIA after two years. Let's see what else he can complete in his remaining two years.
