A row has broken out over a photo of a Muslim woman who was trolled after walking through the terror attack on Westminster Bridge while looking at her mobile phone.

The pedestrian wearing a brown headscarf and grey coat was pictured holding one hand to her head while walking past a victim being treated on the pavement.

She was criticised by one social media user for allegedly appearing indifferent to Wednesday's attack that brought terror to London – but others leapt to her defence.

Other social media users pointed out that there is little context to the picture, while some suggested she could have been calling her family to say she was safe.

Was she the only one that walked past the man? What about the camera person who had time to snap the picture? What was his or her contribution? The woman was terrified from what I could see in the second picture.
If I would also add, how many times have we stopped when we see accident Victims let alone when you hear about highway robbery?

Look at her long stride, hmm before they will say she caused the attack.

Do you ever consider the effect of stigma on the people been stigmatized? She was probably thinking of getting home safe herself.

Look at her face. She was terrified and was too scared to look. Some people freak out and freeze up when they see blood, fainting or people in distress. She mostly is texting her horror to her family or a particular lived one.

You are very correct , just as you have always been about the Buhari-led govt & Nigerian politics.
When I zoomed in I saw tears on her face and other evidences of sisterly concern for the injured and the dying.
The normal human empathy that we all instinctively feel and show when our fellow humans are in deadly distress can be clearly seen in her and in what she was doing with her phone.
She probably hates the sight of blood especially the way it was flowing like an ocean in that pic while the other female and a few others that showed the normal human empathy love the sight of blood and are probably vampires going for a blood feast.

I don't really see what she did as big a deal, it's not all of us that are brave enough to stay at such a scene or even look at a dying victim. she was there, she must have been in shock too.
