different context... steadfast here means not giving up. Will you forgive a man who murders your children seventy times. We need wisdom. Jesus answered that way because he knew they wanted to find faults in him and a reason for him to face pilate. It's not about one pastor. It's about a lady that goes up and down defaming people.
