If you are not on developer rom you can't have that always. First, make sure data is on, then click on themes. Immediately you click on themes, the interface is just like what she posted but only for like 5secs, so you have to be fast with whatever you are doing.

Since the stable has started to roll, it means your version is the same with theirs.

Had it been the stable was suspended, that is when you need to be worried.

Just do a factory reset and you are good to go

Snapdragon 820 was used in Mi5, while snapdragon 821 was used in mi5s. Both are very capable. Only difference is 821 is clocked higher than 820. Ok?

Which phone did u ordered? And at what price? Maybe it might be a better idea to accept the purchase and hope it gets to u soon and u sell it off. What colour also?

From the image you shared, only the mtk version has Chinese rom.

Go the redmi note 4 page in miui forum and look for the flashing guide. You should read it carefully with the comments. Rom download should be the last thing you do.

Change your region to india, go to THEMES (the app and not the one in MIUI forum) and there should be the font and ringtone options.

You selected the Qualcomm variant ( stable and developer). It is clearly written there 'global'. Only the mtk variant (to the right) has 'china' appended to the heading.

I'm not convinced you have read the flashing guide properly from miui forum because all the info and links are provided. Flashing a wrong rom will brick your phone.

Boss na why i come here for clarification. As i no c the China Developer Rom option. Na the China Rom i need as it comes Pre-rooted, make i check d differences btw china dev and global dev rom. Am use to rooting my devices from iphone,htc,sony xperia and i knw the RISKS but as i dey this Stable rom am starting to see the limitations. i have already applied to unlock my bootloader.
