However, the constitution did not grant them the powers to summon everyone except it had to do with running of the assemblies or creating laws or the person works for govt institution etc. Even with that the summoning had conditions attached to them...So they should follow the laws rather than allow their ego to dictate.

I am in total support of what you said, In as much as most of us don't like or support what the NASS is doing it doesn't call for a repulsive issult from every member of the executive arm of government. Bros I sometimes wonder if the types of Itse Sagay really had a university degree. Senate committees have functions under legislative, oversight and investigative hearings. In addition, Senate committees have power to summon anybody before them depending on the issue at hand. Is the so-called Itse Sagay not an ordinary citizen of Nigeria?
