Are you sure you are 19 years? Because at that age you should know about reproduction and also know that condoms prevent pregnancies and STD's to an extent.

I don't see any false statement in d statistics d OP gave...many students still have more than three papers to write....English language is next week while Mathematics is upper week...and there are still other subjects...

I suggest you:
A) go buy a pregnancy test to make sure that she is really pregnant, and not some scam to defraud you for phoney abortion money (don't tell her in advance as she could use the urine of a pregnant friend)

B) if she is indeed pregnant, have a DNA test to make sure that the kid is indeed yours.

C) Make plans for the possibility that you could be a father soon.

There is something called precuum... That is tiny drops of semen that comes out during sex (before ejaculation), so even if a guy pulls out before exploding, there could still already be semen inside the lady, thus unknowingly getting her pregnant

I think the second part of your advice was rather harsh. Even a focused and responsible chap could fall victim to this, women alike too. At 19, he should have left secondary school and could be either a fresher in higher institution, an admission seeker or learning some kinda skill acquisition. At this level, he is more of a free ion and most of his time are spent with peers. It's sad the unwanted happened but somehow, he deserves some better counseling.
