What do you guys think ?

Fundamentally, dangote flour is a very good stock to watch. The only negative thing is the accumulated losses. Can the pullback bring it to N4- that will be a very good entry point.

This is just my thought on DF and not a recommendation to buy.

Access
- SP above 200dma but below 50dma
- SP always respected the 200dma since breaking thru post dividend last year 2016
- it bounced off 200dma after this recent post div mark down but its still going to retest N6.00
- RSI below 50 but above 40 ( umm.. manageable )
- lets watch the retest and see if it finds support (this is where Q1 helps)

For long players
- the weekly shows a pull back from the upward trend
- Since the bearish move in 2013 , trend changed last year May and been on HH and about to make a HL
- that N7 was a major resistance in 2015 , SP went on to drop below N4.00
- N6.00 shud hold ! but we wait

I bought based on this rough analysis:

Share outstanding is 5B

Tigerbrands transferred 3.285B (65.7%) to Aliko.

"Subject to regulatory approvals, DIL will provide TBCG with an immediate cash injection of N10 billion. In return, Tiger Brands will
divest its 65.7% shareholding in TBCG to DIL for a nominal consideration and write off its shareholder loans to TBCG. In addition,
Tiger Brands will assume and settle outstanding debt guaranteed on behalf of TBCG."

This roughly implies that Aliko paid ~N3.04/ share (10B/3.285B).

I bought at N1.16, which is about 62% discount to Aliko's price.

Precedents have shown that Aliko is a very shrewd business man, I am willing to hold with him ...
