Hello iykepromotions and 2sexynet, someone on fiverr regged and pushed a domain for me SlotJeux. com through godaddy last week friday and yesterday I received an email telling me that it has been deleted and I should contact their support team.

I've tried their live chat but its has been offline and I can't call them right now. The funny thing is my whois has changed to a guy in US but the domain is still available for registration. It is even listed as a premium domain now at godaddy auctions at the price I set for it. $999.

What do you think is happening? I didn't do anything except list on 4 marketplaces and a few groups in fb

Imo I think the domain has been sold before the afternic authorization came but if not contact customer service.

But if you are on namepros search for @joestyler a godaddy rep and he will attend to you. He got me my payment after it was sold over 5 months.

Godaddy for quick flips and Namecheap for long term investments.

What domains to buy?

I only buy names that describe a product or service. Nothing more!

Keywords i target are:
-web design
-real estate
-dentist
-landscape
-marijuana/cbd/hemp
-properties etc

I must admit 80% of my quick flip names are Geo+keyword domains


Sales Frequency

On average, I sell at least one domain out of every six which is very profitable for me as it is certain if I spend $30 (6 x $5) I'm guaranteed to get $100 - $500 on at least 1 domain


Sending mails

No need for professional email. I use my Android Gmail. It gets the job done.

If you're disguising, do it well.


Advice

-Target good domains and price them between low and mid $$$ and watch your sales increase. At least 1 out 6 names

-I prefer to stay under the radar, so I'm not frequent on NL

You can actually check more than once on estibot without subscription.once you check the first one,leave the site and launch estibot again and check the second.

remember you're not getting paid by the buyer but from afternic. afternic only acts as the third party. buyer pays afternic and afternic in turn pays the domain owner after removing their commission. once your domain is sold under the fast transfer/ premium listing, the domain is transferred out automatically and you will receive a Notification mail of the sale and how you want to receive your funds.

hello, oga expertix. how exactly does this google adwords work? i researched about it and found out its a premium service. is there any free version?

first mini sale of the month. Bought it early March @ alp names. Com for less than N1, 700 and resold for N64,000 less than 40 days of registration. Legalwealth processed the funds. Reason for selling it low is the domain is low traffic keyword.

did you use a customized email or gmail when contacting them? I tried doing outbound marketing with both and the response rate has been poor. I have had sales with listings but never made one with outbound.

Nice one in my opinion, it has good CPC of $200 but the problem you might face is lack of traffic and when there is no traffic, unless you use it as a blog or be lucky to have quick flip.

It even has $200 CPC. that means if it receives click, you get about 30% of the click if it is on Adsense. That is about $50 or so. Good luck but the problem is it may not have traffic unless you work on it by making it a blog or someone may buy it and build blog on it.
