Get a ruler...that yellow primary school ruler, or the transparent math set ruler, and put it at the base of your penis and measure from there. Your dick has to be fully erect when you do this. You can also use a tape rule that tailors use, or the circular rule that carpenters use.

Yes it did. I think I was about 4.8 inches in girth before I started the exercise, now I am about 5.6 inches in girth...close to 6 inches in girth when fuller erect. I think this is really where the issue is.
