I'm not saying in essence that he mustn't have had a first job and staying in a self contained apartment ooo
But the first flat I want to be with him when he makes that decision.
As for car I am crazy about some specs and reason for needing one so I want to do that with him.
The building matter is that I've worked with construction firms almost all of my earning life and I pretty have some ideas in how best to cut cost and still get good buildings.
Plus I want to plan the house drawings and stages with him.
Am I making sense yet?

I will be very frank with you. YES! You are not realistic in your askings. You strike me as somebody who is too rigid. JacksonD7 raised a lot of possible and plausible points. Will you see a man as unworthy if he's already bought a car or owns a house? He might even have a child. Life happens and some of us find ourselves where we would rather not be. It is noble of you if you are not one of the gold diggers but are you some life moulder or builder that you'd rather go for a man who is still grappling with life? Know this, even if you nurture a man from cradle to adulthood, it's not a guarantee that he will dance to your every whims and caprices. Pray for a good man, they are not too difficult to spot if you're good yourself and take him in any package he comes in whether unmade or made or even a widower. Good luck!

You're looking for a guy that hasn't "made it" yet, so you can both establish yourselves together. That's fair enough, but it's an odd requirement.

When looking out for a life partner while it is useful to have a firm idea of what you want, it is also imperative to realise that you are dealing with humans who by that very definition are imperfect and will never meet any standard you care to set. In order words be ready to see beyond your criteria to the ultimate prize, a happy growing future.

What you are asking for is not too much, just don't let make you myopic.
