He was right though! The presidency could be from the office of the chef to that of the SGF be him himself, to the office of the biggest boss - the president. So, telling him that his suspension was announced by the presidency, of which he was part and parcel of at the point in time, couldn't mandatory be clear enough to him, especially when he had no premonition of it.

I think people are misunderstanding the man. He is trying to say if presidency suspended him, why not go and ask presidency about the suspension and not him. Who is presidency, is just trying to tell them he is not presidency and shouldn't be asked.
SGF : who announced it
Reporter : presidency
SGF: then go and ask them. Who is presidency.

This is just trying to tell reporters he isn't presidency and they should go ask whoever announced it.
