Diamond bank and keystone bank are customer-friendly. UBA and Eco bank are the worst. Life go just tire you sef

UBA staffs are mostly old and rude...I think Zenith has d best customer service from xperience

But,Infact Nigeria customers r more troublesome coz they can push these bank staffs to d edge..Frustrated pennyless pple everywhere..#BadGovernment

The only bank that got most of my problem resolve through mail . I don't have to visit their branch most times to get my problem resolve .

Do we know banks don't teach.. .individuals learn.. ....banks dont give birth, individuals come.. ..so why rate banks on friendliness. ...if a high tempered person goes into that friendly bank. ....you'll now change your mind.. .......

Stanbic is the best..... But sorry case is zenith and uBA.. Zenith with saucy staff forming king over customers.... Majority of the banks have staff that are so rude and act as if they are doing customers a favour.

It certainly not FCMB nor First bank...

Fidelity Bank is OK though.

I respectfully disagree. I have met rude people in Access bank, Diamond Bank, but I will not say that they are bad in terms of customer services and support. The uselessness of UBA is general at least in Abuja and online. So if you work with UBA, here is my message for your bank: "UBA Sucks"

Those calling on UBA has the worst should read this.

1. The day I lost my ATM card. I went to my facebook to chat up with them. I called them but my credit finished and they called me back. They blocked the ATM card that night and explained all to me.

2. My sister opened an account but didn't get her account number on time. We asked a question on how long it takes ND they requested for the bank branch and I tell you it was resolved.

3. I withdrew from the ATM and there was fake money there. I went to the bank and the manager changed it for me.


Go to their twitter handle ND check things out.. ....


UBA isn't a bad bank.. .. The bank that resolves your problem at a stand.. You get your ATM quickly without waste.. ....

Access bank is out of this world. Those people a wonderful. I am still amazed by the quality of good services those guys render. Thumbs up access bank. I will am glad I maintained my account from intercontinental bank.
They finished me with the update on their mobile banking app. They have the best app I have used so far.
But check out my signature for the worse bank in Africa. UBA is a horrible financial institution.
I hope access bank continues like this and not let complacency take over.
