One cannot get a factual answer to this question coz you have not been to all d banks or branches in Nigeria ,a branch might be good and the other otherwise ,it doesn't make dem d overall best or worst ,therefore one cannot just conclude on which is best or not.

All are the same, they are not friendly. Even first bank that should be the best, their staff behaves as if they are the president of Nigeria. They are not ready to attend to you. Always discussing everytime. My dear the best customer care is your house save.

Those calling on UBA has the worst should read this.

1. The day I lost my ATM card. I went to my facebook to chat up with them. I called them but my credit finished and they called me back. They blocked the ATM card that night and explained all to me.

2. My sister opened an account but didn't get her account number on time. We asked a question on how long it takes ND they requested for the bank branch and I tell you it was resolved.

3. I withdrew from the ATM and there was fake money there. I went to the bank and the manager changed it for me.

Diamond is a wonderful bank. I had an account with them but had to forget the account because of their endless network issues. You try to use the app sometimes they tell you network is down, you have an ATM card the network is always unsteady.
In terms of rating with regards to customer services, they will come second. But the network issues made me to abandon the bank since 2015.

It definitely zenith bank. I could recall when I went to meet their customer care rep.asking about an issued on my account, instead of she helping me out she walked out on me...I was so upset that I walked in to meet their manager n she started begging me like no tomorrow.

My only fear is that Access bank should not turn out to be like GTB. GT was once the best out there, but they got plenty customers an began to misbehave. Few branches, always overcrowded, not so friendly staff. I had to ask my brother to close his account because I was tired of the situation.
Please access bank do not misbehave.
