So I should leave Ajah in Lagos and go to Ijebu-Ode or Ojodu, simply because I want to make a cash deposit into a UBA bank account? Your advice is commendable.

As for UBA Unilag branch, I have also been a victim of their queuing system there... so, no thank you. undecided

UBA still remains the worst performing bank in Nigeria in my view, when it comes to customer service and ease of transaction. Sorry if it offends your sensibilities, but the truth is still the truth!

I find diamond bank with one of the best service. Their Diamond's bank app is one of the most responsive apps you can find. more so, their customer service is superb. Next to Diamond bank would be Firstbank, Gtbank, Fidelity & Access.
