The only moribund company in that list you posted, was Stationery Stores. It was set up by the Adebajo family, not the FG. And it went into extinction, because its' founder the late Chief Israel Adebajo died, and his children fought over the family business. The FG did not own shares in it, and Awo did not sell it to the Yorubas.

Leventis Group is still alive and kicking. It only closed down its retail arm (i.e. the stores section) when it no longer became profitable due to falling exchange rate and poor commercial performance. Other arms of the Leventis Group are still in active operation, and doing quite well. So how is it moribund? And how exactly did Awo sell FG's shares in Leventis to make it go into extinction?

The same thing applies to Kingsway. UAC owned the Kingsway stores and its' brand.
