My own point is that,when you want to be tribalistic you should do it in a logical manner.The same way one will be shouting a particular region is dirty where we have this type of data from WHO.

Port Harcourt is Ikwerre land. If the Ikwerre join the Igbo nation, in the future, where they rightly belong, then Port Harcourt can be tagged Igboland. But for now, it belongs to the Ikwerre, except southern Port Harcourt of course, which the Ijaws are laying claim to.
