He has also helped her launch a charity endeavour, which involves providing washing machines to Africa.

I reside in the U.S and can guarantee you that this is a norm.
There are very wealthy older guys that pay a monthly stipend to their sugar babies just to hang out with no physical commitments.
Some men may even have two or three girls on their payroll. The hangouts can include; just casual dinners, accompanying them to events,
