Please help me with step by step picture how to crack it. If I select the product from drop down menu and click patch, I get an error message "can't find the file, search the file?". I search it manually yet it is not cracking.

I thought I was alone in the observation. I tried placing a request sometime back with my USA account funny enough and they kept bouncing it despite my several revisions to comply with their T&C which they would never state clearly so you don't find a clever way around it.
If you ask me I think the Indians have vast knowledge of IT and 99% probability that many of them had previously and are still full-time employees of Fiverr. So insider information favors them.
When they want to share some high level information they switch to Hindi/Urdu version of the YouTube video.

Yes,you do but it depends on the version you installed. Most times Photoshop and Illustrator are both 32 & 64bit in CS5 & CS6-CC but i crack them all.
