The "Mouth thrush" only turned out to be milk residue, it should have occurred to me o cos he only started taking formula from the bottle the day before . IV learnt my lesson about self diagnosis
It's the infection that's making him not eat...we were given antibiotics and Bcomplex.

tea
bitter leaf soup made with cocoyam
Make sure u are taking enough water
keep putting baby to breast
express often when baby isn't sucking.

Keep putting your baby to the breast, it will send a signal to your body to release more.

Keep a bottle of water next to you each time you are breastfeeding and sip away.

Your baby is only 6 days!!! He/she is still trying to master the act of sucking from the breast. consistency is the key to successful breastfeeding.

There are different methods of circumcision. The one done for your son is not the ring type. The cotton wool wrapped around the circumcision area should not get dry put that olive oil every two to three hours it will make it easy to remove the cotton wool. Do not force it off if you still have difficulty removing it then I would advice you go back to the hospital.
The site should already be healing in one week he should be completely okay . Try not to let water get on the site the only thing that should touch it is that olive oil prescribed for you.

I got back very late from work today only to find out that do has taken my son for is very first hair cut without me, worse of all, he didn't take him to the salon I liked.

Didn't recognize my son when I saw him because the hair cut was like rat chop, tears just rolled down my cheek, I really felt bad, in fact am still feeling bad even with the lights out. It's so bad that no more photoshoot tomorrow for him again till God knows when.
