Are their veins not supposed to get weak as well and were you taught this or you just did a google search and came up with an answer. If the op had reported to a doctor, he would have asked this questions;
I. Are you masturbating?
II. When was the last time you had sex?
Iii. Did you hurt yourself in the penis?
Those are the things a good doctor would ask before going further.
