My friend (Yoruba) and I visited London from Holland and met his younger brother at Victoria Station and his younger brother Greeted him Like this at Victoria, not minding the usual Crowd at the Station. Many Yoruba people greet like this and its part of who they are. Though am not a Yoruba but I love the young Oni of Ife so much that if I meet with him I would love to greet him like this

Exactly he will want to shake. I frequently tell my 3 yr old son he is a good boy and give him a handshake. That is what enlightened cultures do worlwide. But here in Nigeria we see a culture where they postrate on their stomach while another group sit on the floor while master sits on a chair. Where did yoruba and hausa people come from?
