This is one phone you buy without bothering yourself about performance, it's very good.

Guy, this case is serious o. I posted here last week or so that always ensure you open your package at the NIPOST counter before you sign the log book. I had my reasons and this is one of such.
Gptech, Princetom1, emaminaj, noobody, please, your take on this issue?

If one can't open it at NIPOST office for some reasons, does video unboxing suffice?
Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by BeardedTraveler: 7:21am On May 24, 2017
jboixxx:

Message the seller that what? I'm not discouraging him o, but what would he tell the seller? That his package came compromised and he accepted it without a "video unboxing" (in ds case sef, unboxing isn't relevant as it has been opened already).

HOUSE, if your package is rapped with a tape, like the attached, please don't collect it. It's an evidence that the seal has been compromised except you're ready to slug it out with NIPOST if unfortunately, there's an item extraction issue.

If you want to take the risk by collecting it, ensure there is a handwritten code on the package with a prefix IR and have at least, the dispatch officer as a witness.

What is the implication of the "IR"

The difference is in the audio output, the difference clear well especially for the bass. Another major difference na quality of material used plus durability, though for me both are too expensive.

Which one is cheap enough fa

Go back to nipost, they have a counter where they track, give them your tracking number and tell them to help you track it, they'll definitely tell you it had arrived. Then go to the office where items are collected and tell them their colleagues at the other counter told you your item has arrived on.

Does the 2gb/3gb and 4gb ram variants share the same rom?

Thinking of downgrading

My thinking too. I thought the 4GB ram model will have a separate rom. It seems they share the same rom.

You should stick to this rom till an update is available.

So, I have done. The postmen directed me to Enquiry and asked them to track the item form because they could not locate it in their log books. At Enquiry, they say the item had not gotten to their office.
One of the postmen said he is confused and need to take it up. He said he will trace it to the custom officers and call me today.
