Its not a problem, the graph shows your charging and usage patterns. It can never be straight down unless you charge to 100% and not charge until you don't you want, the moment you start charging the graph goes up, discharging, the graph goes down, when you charge to 100%, I hope the graph restarts.

I'm kuku using the original MI charger cry

One thing i also noticed was that this issue began when I started charging my phone with my power bank too often, since i leave home early and don't return till evening.

Yes I have. In fact several times. Most times, they will call you to come and collect. if you meet one fair-skinned woman there, she go ask for money for her airtime she used to call o. Max she collects is #200

I was there today but meet an old man there but he said my phone is still in lag and he promise to call me if there van arrive before 4pm but now he didn't. I'm just scared they won't tamper with it now

The issue is that the battery life while charging is beginning to act weird. What I mean is that when I charge and use my phone simultaneously, I notice that at some point it charges really fast to like, let's say 60% then gradually drops charges to like 55% and increases again.

Reboot your phone before charging and switch to 2G. Never use it while charging.

If the issue began after you started using power bank, then only charge from a DC source

Oooooo, now I understand you, that's weird but I suspect something, maybe there is loss of contact intermittently between usb and charger, check if you are charging over usb or Ac.
