according to u and uba, why don't u sue nnpc over the 17billion naira or its by shouting up and down without concrete evidence?
Reverse the same question. Why don't DSS sue charge Ubah to Court? Why keep him detention without any formal charges in a competent court of Law.

I wasn't really championing a Tribal cause. My point is that, if DSS really has issues with Ubah, they should charge him to court. Instead of running up and down, obtaining injunctions to keep him in custody without any real charge in court.
Let us for once do the right things.

Oh alright! Bros the fact is that so many things are wrong in this country

Judiciary, health, education, security, you name it

That is why we need to take our destinies in our hands especially the youths
Come 2019 forget tribalism and religious sentiments

We should choose our next set of leaders carefully

It hurts me when I see people selling their votes for Rice and tin tomatoes
Re: Capital Oil Workers Fear Job Losses by winterfell007(m): 12:56pm On May 29, 2017
I keep saying it. My people bring in tribal sentiments before reason. How can u divert govt strategic products just because they are oweing u. Do u know how much federal government owes companies like: Oando, Nipco, Forte oil, master energy and their likes. That's no excuse to divert government product for strategic gains

It likes Julius Berger diverting govt fund for new Road construction, just because they are still oweing for the previous contracts they executed.
Ifeanyi Ubah must learn the art of corporate governance when doing business. He still runs business like a sole proprietor in the 21st century. Too bad.
For the record, i'm igbo too and I must rebuke stupidity when I see one

That's is the problem with Nigerians. If someone, were to see you and start calling you criminal, what will you say?
I ain't the one with comprehension problem.
Oh please. Don't go all law-and-order on me. Don't play the corporate citizen cards coz we both know it's bullsh¡t, this is Nigeria.

Let's not delve into unnecessary talks, you misunderstood my comment initially. I spelled it out to you, Case closed! Bye!

they are only gathering more information about his transaction and his assets, before taking him to court, for easy forfeiture to FG

I didn't want mention them before cos it's unrelated to the thread..... but in all honesty, they are witch-hunt bro.
We know Dasuki's real crime (the coup that ousted GMB). ZakZakki, religion related.

There's always an excuse bro, especially if you chose to look at it thru a biased mind. So dasuki didn't loot money meant to fight boko haram? Or you want to say he shouldn't be persecuted just because theres a coup hanging on his head? You only see what you chose to see. Ifeanyi UBA has been doing his business since and likewise other Igbo men, nobody has harrased anyone. But right now he chose to divert petrol kept in his custody, he shouldn't be persecuted because he is an Igbo man? Or you didn't hear that mrs belonging to Dangote returned his own money when he was asked to?

Please stop making a fool of yourself. Do you have documentary evidence that the FGN is owing him money. This man that should have been locked up since for subsidy fraud. He was given a soft landing because he is at the moment the only oil marketer that has the largest storage capacity and throughput to handle our oil imports and he is also abusing that privilege.

The same person that duped his fellow village person and kinsman who was a director in Access Bank.

He should rot in jail and be tried.

One good thing is all these people will not be relevant once Aliko's refinery comes on board.

Bro, let's forget Dasuki Angle. What of the 18 billion being owed his firm?
From the business angle, if Nnpc were owing him, I don't see him returning a dime. Let DSS charge him to court, let him defend himself there. Dss cannot be the Prosecutor, Judge and Jury at the same time.

It's only in Nigeria we first arrest and then detain the accused before investigation.

There is a hidden motive by the government against this businessman that many don't see... how can you call for the death sentence of an igboman for allegedly making away with #11billion of crude product from NNPC while the NNPC has affirm owing him not less than #15billion.... Let's leverage the government by assuming that the NNPC isn't owing him any money does it worth what the DSS is saying on his life?
Who has stolen this country broke if not the North and Fulani?
Isn't this infinitesimal compared to what.Buhari took when he was chairman of PTF under Abacha?
However, let's come back to the main issue.
Pls, who between Dr Ifeanyi Ubah and the government is owing who?
Is it because he is a prosperous igbo businessman who agreed to pay the #300 million bail for Nnamdi Kalu which IPOB gladly turned down?
For those who feel that this is a safe haven for the igbos and the #Biafrans and we should engulf it while crying with a smiling facial expression, may God handle your affairs just the way it is propagated to we, the igbos and #biafrans....
Common Sense: Thanks to God for they are reminding our elites that they aren't welcomed in this contraption, just like Nnamdi Kalu has been telling them because he who.kills a father will kill they son with ease and without a thought and also he, the elites who betray and sell out his brother at night can never win him back in the broad day light.

Who is this one sef and what kind of school did you attend? undecided

Firstly, I said "impunity reeks in Nigeria", which means Ubah isn't the first as there are many who haven't been prosecuted. The comment further labeled Ubah a criminal and was quick to assert that there are many like him who haven't gone near a court house talk more of facing a judge.

This means Ubah may be guilty and yes, he's not the only one

Please, always endeavor to read and understand before you quote people.
for the bolded, what school did you attend too?
You said Ubah is a criminal and you are trying to deceive yourself that you never passed the verdict but a probability of him being a criminal is what you meant...
Use of English is really crying here!

Exactly what I am saying bro, it is left for his team of lawyers to prove in the law courts that he has no case to answer since he is being owed by nnpc. The DSS approached the courts to detain him and the court granted them that request. Let us desist from attaching tribalism to crime. If he diverted money and is beingbowed, let his lawyers take over and plead his case. All these 'Igbo man' label being displayed everywhere redicules he great Igbo nation which I am part of.
