No herbal anything is going to help here. Sex starts in the head between your shoulders and then travels all the way down to the head below. You have performance anxiety meaning the more you think about failing the more impacts on your performance. Take a breaks and by this I don't mean 1 hour I refer to a week or more. Just stop trying to have sex.
