Yes I have applied and paid the application fee. my portal on their site reads posted and I can't access any further information. I heard that Concordia normally gives out admission letter a month to resumption of the intended session

The embassy will only enquire from the bank if they wish within the scope of details in what was presented to them. You can print the statement prior to transferring the school fees together with the export. That should do it.

I don't know but I think they don't give you visa beyond the expiration of your passport and also they give you 2yrs visa for a 2yrs course

Most visas(TRV) issued often times last for the duration of your program as filled in your study permit application. It also cannot be issued beyond the expiration of your passport.

So there is no standard rule or duration to visa issuance. It is solely for your entry and exit during your study period. You can always extend it. Your study permit duration is the main document. Extension of your TRV too will be dependent on your study permit duration.

I have an information to pass across to all trv hopeful. someone here yesterday or two days ago got a medical mail without the new proof of financial ability because his on funding i guessed, A very good friend of mine got his medical mail also this morning to go for medicals without the new proof of funds whatever. His on funding also 20kCad. my question is stated below:
1. he got the medical form without the photocopy of his passport from cic. should he wait for another email if they will send a copy of the passport? or should he contact CIC? because in my own case i did paper route and i was sent the two same day. please gurus help me advice.

He should contact CIC and inform them about the non inclusion of the photocopy. The hospital will need the data page of his passport(stamped by the embassy)alongside the medical request letter to proceed with the medical. So let him email the embassy.

hello house, i have read all your contributions and am at ease now, my wife also hopes to go out to canada for her PhD and has also applied, after about four months she was asked to supply the following documents:

letter of acceptance for Uni
proof of having paid school fees for the first year
assurance letter from bank stating that we have 10,000 CAD

these documents are to be submitted by 19th June

now we are paid the fees and we have also got the new letter of admission.

all that remains now is the letter of assurance.
we have now got the money from friends, although we transferred to her other account and then she now transferred from there to her main account which she wishes to use,

now my question is this, does that money need to be in the account for a time frame?
and also please does anyone have a sample of the assurance letter. so that i can draft and send to the bank for them to sign

i will be grateful to get some answers.

I just got a mail from CIC requesting for my passport.
Without any request for proof of fund transfer...it can only be Oluwa! He's fully involved.

I am just overjoyed.

I heard they even have to that kind of verification.

But you should pray well for them not to verify.
Always better to make your bank statement available to them a day to or the same day to your app

i have been offered admission into a Diploma program (Hospitality and resources management) at Georgian College.
i studied Botany in the university, graduated with a 2.2 (3.18/5) ..I have been told that i can't get visa because the course is not related to my B.sc course...
please is it really true that i stand no chance of getting a student Visa?
