Mentally. I Can't always seem to do anything right. If I go shopping by myself I panic and make a fool out of myself. Facing the crowd all by myself is awful for me. I always want someone by my side but when will I learn to do anything solo without wishing my mom was by side or anyone was with me. My agemates can do stuff for themselves but I cannot.

You're probably very shy or introverted, surround yourself with those outgoing friends and let them take you out of your comfort zone.
