Yes, I get angry all over again just thinking about it. I took her in after she & her BF were kicked out of their flat for fighting. Just this last weekend,I was actively involved in a friend mothers burial which was on Thursday & Friday.On Thursday I run an erand for him with my car to give my support,but on Friday,I went to a neighboring town to bring some ice block for him bt on d way,I gave 2 ladies a lift,d one at d back suddenly jump out of d car while on motion,police arrested me & d other woman with an allegation of trying to kidnap d lady that jump down.Immediately i got to d police station i put a call across to my friend to tell him what happened around 12noon,he never show up at d station,but later call me to greet me around 7:20pm,he did not deem it fit to check me in d house to even ask for what happened up till now.I am in a great shock,finding it difficult to recover from it.What a friend!!!

Yup. We were young though and I wasn't entirely innocent.

She went behind my back to say nasty stuff about me simply because she wanted to belong to a certain clique. She wouldn't support me and allowed them bully me and even join them. I felt betrayed because this is a childhood friend and someone who was also bullied. I didn't think she would do that to 'belong'. I wasn't entirely innocent because I had a do me I do you mentality....so I pretty much fought with her and our parents got involved at that time. I think I also paid her back when a few years along the line.

Anyways we were young then and now we are neighbors. Not very close friends but I can still branch her house to chop food and vice versa.

I recount a scenario where a close friend of mine stole my phone.I never even have any reason to suspect him but with time ,I got to find out that he was the thief.He sold my phone at a phone market but unluckily for him a neighbour of mine saw him .

More times than I can remember.
But the one that has got stuck in my memory is this one below.
It was the last days in April, can't remember the specific date. I was in 200 level, it all happened in the school hostel.
I'm in the habit of trusting and keeping my roommates as friends at least we would stay together for a year before we depart the session. Staying together for a year though not enough to build trust but enough to create a sense of belonging.

On this faithful day I had no money on me, same as my roommates. I called my sister for help, few mins later she sent 2k into my account. I smiled happily to bank, withdrew the money. Getting back to hostel, as I was keeping the money in my bag, I received a call that a lecturer was already in class giving an impromptu test. I lost all coordinations, I quickly dashed out without putting my bag in my wardrobe. It was Half way down to class, I remembered I left my bag on the bed. But I left one of my roomates, Gbenga in the room, and I was certain he saw me when I kept the money in my bag but due to the trust I had for him then, I just ignored and believed nothing would happen and proceeded to class.

When I came back after the test I searched my bag. Alas! the money was gone. I searched and searched, I went mad!
I complained to all my roommates about my missing money. One other roommate told me he's still cashless that even the toast bread he ate was bought by Gbenga. While the last guy (the last of four of us) has not been to the room since morning.
I later found out through the roomate who ate toast bread that he also suspected Gbenga of stealing the money. Well, kept on buying several things till evening. Certainly, most people go frivolous with a stolen money.

Not forgetting we all complained of lack of cash. I asked him where he got the money he used in buying all the things, he gave inconsistent explanations. He later did some other funny stuffs till we departed at the end of the session.
Well it not the money that got me disappointed but the trust!
Till today even a 2million dollar gift from him can't make me forget the issue. I have however forgiven him!

My friend , that mofo set me up with a girl telling me she is good and Godly, took her in and we started dating, unknowing to me the girl and my friend planned to kill me , in fact it was by the grace of God and my best friend, I loved the girl and the girl behaved like she loved me, I almost gave her my ,account details because I was supposed to do a contract which my friend knew about , when I found out, I immediately went to the hospital and checked myself lo and behold the food this girl has been cooking for me had little volume of a slow killing poison which has no effect except sudden death , I flushed it out of my system, I parked from my house and changed my sim card, I never met either that girl or my pathetic friend ever again.

I had this girlfriend more like a sister, we grew up together and does a lot of things together,
SHE betrayed me by laying false accusations on me and made my pastor hate me so much that he don't wanna answer my greetings, I was given a back sit (suspension) in church, my parents put me under house arrest.. and the funny thing was that she was the only one who was permitted by my parents to visit me at home.. I was humiliated in the compounds because of that. in fact I was lost then..

what did she do? she wrote a letter (fake one) accusing me of losing my virginity and sleeping around yet still claiming to be a saint daughter She said alot of things and threw it inside our pastors office, he came into the office and saw a letter on the floor.. after reading the content he was devastated (cos he believes so much in me) he called Me to the office and read the letter to me. i was in tears cos I did not know anything of such and I was innocent of all. try to plead innocent but I did not succeed.. I left feeling pitiful for my self.. before I got home my parents were already boiling in anger.. I was given a treatment of an house help.. then I was grounded and locked up only that my friend was allowed to visit me.. she will come and sympathise with me wiping my tears.. after some weeks of been grounded..a friend from the church came and visited me when my parents was not around and told Me all the that I needed to know.. I felt so stupid of my self.. but do not know how to prove my innocent.. I just LET GOD fight for me.. and he didn't fail me.. after a year I was proven innocent and everyone who pointed a finger at me was saying sorry to me..

so ever since then.. I don't keep friends or better still distance friends .. no bestie in my dictionary
