TUM don't accept High Court. Go to EMBASSY
They do accept notarization from a notary public. Going to embassy is a waste of time. They accepted my documents certified by ordinary notary public at Ikeja @N200 per page; but make sure there is seal, stamp, signature and date on each page of the documents certified.

Please the gurus in the house particularly those on Germany already, kindly advise me:
1. Does it worth it moving whole family to join you and live permanently in Germany, as my main motive was not the study perse but to use the route to permanently migrate along with my whole family?
2. I am likely to receive positive feedback from the schools I applied to anytime soon. My question is for those like me with no 8000 euro and no relative or friend to do sponsorship, are there ways around this. Because I usually believe EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
3. Is it wise to leave a job that offers 250k per month and leave for Deutschland in search of greener pasture via schooling route?

4. Assuming I eventually succeed in leaving for Germany, how easy and soon can I process visa for my wife and kids to join me there as it would be suicidal to live without them.

Thanks.

If you were single I would have adviced you to give it a try but as a married man with kids and a good job.. think long and hard about this, you are about to probably destabilise your family and your career.

If this is a genuine study venture then it worth a shot but leaving an above average job and family to hustle in Germany makes no sense.

Good luck

High Court is difficult from Notary Public.. Going to embassy is not waste of time. What Notary Public charged me 15,000 per set of documents was done free of charge at the embassy for 5 sets of documents.

TUM do accept Notary Public. It's all about cost and location.

Would have gone to the embassy but appointments are already booked, the only free day starts from 21/06/2016 bt tum said d docs should get to them by 20/06/2016. Dunno wat to do again. Need some help to get a new notar

Advice: Don't move!

Dude, N200 per page??

Please, can I get the contact/direction?

Pls, I need answers.

Dia is dis babe I met, she's going for language course, her letter was for summer 2017 and it's expired.
She mailed the school to renew her letter, they said sh should use it like dat.

The school is now on session and she asked me some questions that I need help to answer.

She wanna book for interview, how is she going to tell them about her expired letter? Or should she just send it and dey will understand?

Now that he school is already on session, is it a problem?

This doesn't make sense at all. Using an expired doc for any visa related purpose should be a no no.

Tell her to get an updated one.

I really appreciate wonderful inputs here. Pleas I need an advice.I did Bio chemistry as a first degree in university but want to study IT program in Germany as under graduate program/bachelor's degree as i can't do masters in IT since its not related to my first degree
I had checked the schools in daad and noticed that some courses that are taught in English are under
School of Applied Sciences instead of conventional university.
Please,is it advisable to apply with them and if I do,do I still need to show blocked account since its undergraduate program.
Thanks for your advice.

I don't think so cos they will check the date of the stamp and the signature. The best thing is to certify. Another documents.

If the certification was done correctly, I don't see why not. As far as I know, expiration dates are not affixed on them, besides 2015 is not that way back anyway.

I really don't have experience with Non European scholarships. Hopefully, someone else addresses your issue.

Alternatively, you can contact the Embassy.

In my opinion, University of Applied Sciences (UOAS) are good for Engineering and IT programs because they are more practically oriented.

Yes, you have to show proof of funds/blocked account deposit.

@UncleJudax the certification is done correctly, the notary stamp and seal are present and visible, the signature and the date are visible.
Just that the date is 2015 and am sending the documents in 2017. Wil it be ok

Thank You so much for your view
