I can still remember that the crk teacher in my primary school was a yoruba woman and the crk teacher in my secondary school was an Igbo woman from Anambra. It is only in government schools that u wouldn't find crk teacher which is also the same in the south where u find only crk teachers bt no irk teacher.

It may not be useful to me or you, but there are over 70million Nigerians who may prefer it to French or Spanish or Chinese etc. So why cant you just be human and let them be?... To me, there is absolutely nothing wrong if any language or even religious study is added to the curriculum. People who are interested can go ahead and enjoy it as long as my wards arent forced to offer these subjects. And yes, the so called Arabic isnt compulsory and there will not be a single school down south which would even offer it.

You learn French cos of your neighbours but the fact is that with globalisation, Nigerians even visit Arab countries more than they do French countries. I'm a Christian from southern Nigeria but while I havent visited any French country before, I have visited Dubai. All these is even inconsequential, the plain fact is that the people up north prefer Arabic to French. Now they have their alternative. I am still confused at you because you havent been able to explain to me how the northerners getting their Arabic Language affects your own rights?.. Kindly tell me?

And who told u they are nt up to 5%? Even schools in places like kano, zamfara, sokoto has crk teachers except if u said government schools and I will agree with that. Other states like kaduna, taraba, benue, kogi , Kwara, Niger, adamawa, plateau and some others has both irk and crk teachers even in government schools.
