True, it makes ones stomach swell, but not for long and the amount of water I am advising them to take wouldn't make one's stomach swell at all.. 8 - 10 glasses of water everyday, taken at the right intervals with the daily dose of exercise will make you look even better than the FitnesDoctor Himself

Licking your lip all the time might cause breakage and sore on the lips as saliva is not known for moisturizing. I advice you have a lip balm handy as that is a better moisturizer.
