GeneralOjukwu:If it is truly your area of expertise, you would know stopping funding can NOT affect ALL. |

ephi123:Infectious diseases of high virulence can strike at any time. Even the rich go to airports, don't they? |

GeneralOjukwu:The rich don't have to go to airports, they simply would make use of their private jets. Majority of aid money goes into private pockets and benefit very few of the actual people who need it. |

UK on who's influence the EU is even assisting Nigeria is hastening up to leave the organization. So who has time for Nigeria in EU, when her master isn't interested in the organization anymore? |

E k'abo. You just woke up to that realization? I guess you no longer have guaranty of lucrative government contracts once you dole out your kickbacks disguised as "financial aid". |

ephi123:I agree with the second sentence....if you read my posts, you would get that. Private jets are for the ultra rich. But where would you park the private jet, ma? Your garage? Who will attend to you at such places? If you send someone to the mall, will you detoxify the person when he returns to deliver the goods? Read up more on infectious diseases and disease transmission & control. THANKS |

GeneralOjukwu:But you are contradicting yourself, if aid money seldom benefits those who need it, then how can stopping it lead to an epidemic? Your following points can only be valid if the reality is "aid money has played a key role in stopping the spread of infectious diseases". |

ephi123:Go and READ my initial post SLOWLY. Or give it to someone else to read for you. I responded to Mazi's comment saying UNICEF & WHO should stop giving anti-malaria, TB, HIV & vaccines. His comment had nothing to do with EU aid. It was an addendum and i tackled him for that. Let me bolden this for you. |

GeneralOjukwu:You bolden your whole text so no point saying you've boldened it for me. I can't waste my time reading any initial post. Sorry. The bottom line is that aid money should be stopped. Eod. |

Any aid will be looted immediately by very corrupt Nigerian politicians the same way they loot oil money. So I agree with the EU. Our theiving politicians become billionares as soon as they rig themselves into office. |

We don't need it. We need to creatively harness our potentials and grow. We truly don't need handouts. |
