It is 100% not dignifying to wish a president dead (the SS will be on your ass).
But there is nothing wrong in attacking the looks of a president. Such speech is protected under the First Amendment. It speaks volumes that a president would stoop so low as to attack a private citizen's look on twitter. I don't care whether he "hits back" on people or not, but President should exercise far more restraint when going after people who he feels have wronged him.
