I disagree with u bro.. It is possible he was born and grew up in Delta state and it would be for him over there.. For example a northerner who was born and grew up in Lagos would likely have intimate affairs with Igbo/yoruba ladies... Same with an igbo/ Yoruba guy who grew up in northern Nigeria.
