When you lose weight like this lady, make sure you engage in muscle excercises to tighten your skin or else, you'll have sagging skin around your arms, tummy and thigh like this lady.

I'm not sure you wanted to become an obese like she was before in the name of adding flesh. Losing weight is a sound medical advice when overweight. Likewise, adding weight is a sound medical advice when underweight. What everyone is looking for is a medically acceptable middle ground. How is that difficult to understand for you peeps?

Just eat and rest more. Eat eggs especially. And don't limit your eating to three meals a day. Not necessarily heavy meals but freequent of small piece of this and that. Don't wait till you're hungry before you the next meals. Good luck
